Shipping Policy

An email confirmation and tracking number of the shipment will be automatically sent to you when the order has been shipped out. (Remember to check your email spam folder if you don’t see a shipping confirmation email.) In the continental U.S. most orders will be received within three business days.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping
Orders have an estimated delivery time of 4-9 business days. With an average of 3 days.
All orders UNDER $199.99 and within the United States have a flat shipping rate of $9.95.
All orders of $199.99 or more within the United States qualify for free economy shipping.
Other Shipping Options
All orders requesting alternative shipping methods, like 1- or 2-day delivery, must be placed with our Customer Service Department directly.
International Shipping
International orders have an estimated delivery time of 8-15 business days but can take longer due to customs processing times. Your cost will be calculated based on the country you live in. Additional custom, duty or VAT fees may apply upon arrival and are the customer’s responsibility to pay.
What Happens When My Order is Returned to Sender?
If an order is marked as undeliverable because of customer error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee. We urge customers to always double check the address on their order confirmation email and if there is an issue, or if your tracking information shows that your order has been returned, please email support@livenativ.com.
